The short version
- We collect only what you send us: the details in an enquiry form, or an email address for the monthly newsletter.
- We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add enquiries to a mailing list without asking.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. No form required.

Diagnostic and survey data
Where an engagement includes culture diagnostics, interviews or surveys, participant responses are treated as confidential. We report patterns and themes to the client, not attributable individual answers, unless a participant has explicitly agreed otherwise. The processing terms for that work are set out in the engagement contract and any accompanying data-processing agreement, not in this notice.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract. Where a project requires a named delivery partner — for example Peritus, Xorexs Consultants or Sepia Solutions — any sharing is agreed with you in writing first and limited to what that partner needs. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with anyone for marketing.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. ‹Confirm the current provider list and transfer mechanisms before publication.›
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and to load two web-font families and an icon library from their providers. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics is added later, this notice and a consent banner will be published before it goes live. ‹Confirm the final analytics decision with the client.›
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to you. You can withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click. Email info@syconsultingglobal.com and we will respond within one working day and complete the request within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and change the review date below. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be sent by email.
