The Challenge 
A regional central banking institution serving eight West African countries faced the dual challenge of fragmented leadership culture and an undefined institutional identity. Middle management, though operationally competent, lacked a shared leadership framework. Simultaneously, the organization needed to articulate a clear internal and external positioning strategy to reflect its evolving regional role and aspirations. 

Our Approach 
In collaboration with Montpellier Business School, we led a dual-track initiative focused on management development and strategic positioning. The engagement was designed to elevate middle management capability while unifying institutional culture and brand identity.
